Le gout du peu

Le gout du peu

Festival du Peu
Le goût du Peu -The Taste of little-

The festival du Peu is part of the recent history of contemporary art in our region with its many own characteristics. Located in Bonson (Estéron Valley, Alpes-Martimes), out of the hustle and bustle of the coast, the event is first distinguished by its popular character. In fact, since its creation in 2003, the villagers have been directly involved, under the sign of the form - modest and brilliant? - imagined by the artist Jean Mas. Using all ways of expression, from monumental art to performance, displaying the productions of emerging artists such as from established ones, the festival represents a unique proposition in the artistic landscape of the Côte d’Azur.

In 2011, the festival boasts le goût du peu (the taste of the few), like an anti-manifesto intimate and friendly, minimal and proud. Mixing artistic movements and techniques, the exhibition will feature works by Patrick Schumacher (guest of honor / donor), Caroline Challan Belval, Dominique Landucci, Laurence Cathala, Véronique Filipetti, Roland Kraus, Henri Olivier, Mathias Girard, Alain Vagh, Jean-Louis Charpentier, Gilbert Casula and the Bonsonnois.
